Oakland, California native Indra Jones is blessed with a soulful voice and sultry appeal.  Her powerful vocal performances display a range of musical styles including ja, gospel, pop and classical.
Raised in a musical household, Indra's love of music began at an early age, starting with using her older sister’s piano books to learn to read music. Encouraged by her family, Indra began playing piano, clarinet, writing songs, and singing in various school and community vocal groups in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her musical influences include Ella Fitzgerald, Aretha Franklin, Prince, Ledisi.
For over 15 years, this dynamic singer has entertained audiences throughout Northern and Southern California performing with Wall Street Band, the All Stars of Marin County, and many other Bay Area based bands.
Among Indra's busy and varied projects, one of her favorites is performing for who she considers the best audiences anywhere, our senior citizens in retirement communities throughout the Bay area.
